Freedom Law School provides education and coaching on tax laws and tax levies/liens. Notice his choice of words – to help people no longer be a slave to the state. “By learning to withhold voluntary funding from out-of-control federal agencies engaging in criminal activities, you can contribute to restoring freedom and prosperity for yourself, your family, and America”.
The claim is that the tax codes do not include US Citizens unless they are government employees or residents of DC. Copies of some of his cases are on his site and most win through procedural errors of the IRS, such as notices not being sent properly, etc. None of his cases that are posted are winning using the argument he postulates in his initial videos. This is an expensive service but also educational. It appears the fee is recurring annually so use the service wisely only during the “years” needed. You can learn a great deal by perusing his site, looking at his cases, and following his code references.
Take caution in using his services and methods. Note that the founder, Peymon Mottahedeh is not a lawyer and therefore cannot represent you in court, nor has any educational certificates / degrees, and has an F in the BBB status because someone filed a complaint against him. All this just shows he is trying to remain outside of the beastly system. It does not necessarily mean his methods are futile or harmful or a scam. We learn from those who take the risk to move forward.

Note – he would probably do better with the IRS if he were to structure as a PMA. That would probably stop them from continuing to nag him. Others think he is a scam although some of these people are competitors.
